For weddings you will need to know the date of the wedding, the username is the brides first name and the password is the grooms first name. Wedding photographs are normally available 4 weeks after the wedding date, and remain online for 3 months.

For portraits or events you will need to know the date of the portrait sitting or event date, you will also require the username and password as supplied.
